My first appt or 2 went well. Dr K was very informative, professional and nice. Her staff seemed happy go lucky. But than I started noticing some appts Dr K had little to nothing to say and there were many appts she seemed bothered- maybe not by the patients but outside life stuff or maybe a bad huddle with her team? I’m not sure but than towards the end of my care, each appt all they were doing was replacing the bands and telling me my back teeth on my left side seem like they’re not adjusting as quickly as the others which was weird because I did not see or feel what they were talking about. Not to mention the very unprofessional conversations the staff would sometimes have amongst themselves right in front of the patients. It just felt like a waste of my time, energy, gas money and money I spent paying for the braces. Also, I know you’re supposed to feel some discomfort when getting your braces tightened but after every appointment I left with my mouth literally throbbing and it would take a few days to fully go away. At one appt they tugged so hard it felt like the root of my tooth slightly shifted and I can tell you to this day that area of my mouth has never been the same.. i

I saw Dr. Kuo for two years seeking orthodontic treatment. Her practice consistently delivered on its promises and set clear expectations from the start. She is obviously very skilled in her area of expertise, and I appreciated her beautiful clinic, her flexibility with patients, and her attentiveness to any concerns I raised. The majority of her staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to patients.

Amazing service, I have been treated by them for the last five years. They have been very accommodating in scheduling and are great at handling patients. They always made sure I was comfortable and were always time efficient. I would reccomend this place to anyone who wants a safe and easy experience while they get their teeth treated!

Dr Kuo and her team are friendly and amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and great in what she does. The office is very clean and well organized. I never have problems scheduling my appointments. My daughter and niece both got their braces there.
